Renda Broadcasting of Jacksonville
Contesting Guidelines
A. Employees and family members of Renda Broadcasting, it's advertising agencies' or employees of any other broadcast facility in the Jacksonville area. Former employees of Renda Broadcasting. which were employed in a 120 day period immediately preceding the date of a contest as well as their family members. Are ineligible for any contest.
B. One winner per household, all winners must wait 30 days before becoming eligible to win on each station. All monetary winners must wait at least sixty days before they are eligible to win another monetary contest.
1. Winners of any prize other than money will have 30 days from the date of winning to collect their prize during normal business hours at Renda Broadcasting located at 6440 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, Fl 32211. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 PM. No prizes will be distributed on the weekends or on holidays. No prizes will be mailed.
2. Renda Broadcasting is not responsible for bad telephone connections or any other telephone conditions which make it impossible to properly understand or play the contest. Renda Broadcasting is not responsible for the contestant error or telephone conditions which result in the contestant being unable to complete the telephone call either before or during the contest. The decision of the on-air personality is final.
3. The designated caller at the time a contest is played will be the sole and exclusive winner, with no exceptions. No transferring or exchanging prizes.
4. By participating in a contest, participants grant Renda Broadcasting permission to use said person's name, voice, or any likeness for promotional purposes.
5. All winner's information given at the time prize is won MUST be correct. Winners forfeit their right to the prize won if they give fraudulent information.
6. Winners are responsible for any taxes incurred as a result of winning prizes from Renda Broadcasting. Any monetary prize is non-transferable. In the event of the death of the winner before prize is awarded, the prize will remain the property of Renda Broadcasting
7. Additional copies of these rules are available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Renda Broadcasting 6440 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, Fl 32211 or visit our studio lobby during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
8. All disputes relating to a contest will be resolved by the Marketing Director, whose decision is final. Any dispute may be ruled as grounds for disqualification.
9. Other specific rules relating to specific contests may be substituted for the rules listed above, added as an addendum to the rules listed above or where applicable supercede the rules listed above.
10. Renda Broadcasting reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
